The Animal Treasury™ works with carefully selected fulfillment and supplier partners to deliver products to our customers.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders begin processing after payment is successfully received.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier location, inventory status, holidays, weather events, or carrier conditions.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times displayed on product pages are estimates only.
Actual delivery times may vary based upon destination, customs processing, carrier performance, seasonal demand, and other circumstances outside of our control.
The Animal Treasury™ cannot guarantee delivery dates.
TRACKING INFORMATION
When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipment tracking details after the order has been processed and shipped.
Some products may ship separately and may arrive in multiple packages.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
The Animal Treasury™ is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses resulting from incorrect addresses supplied by customers.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If an order appears lost, delayed, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us promptly.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs, tracking information, or additional documentation to assist with investigation and resolution.
EVIDENCE FIRST™
The Animal Treasury™ follows an Evidence First™ review process when evaluating shipping-related concerns.
Resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis and may include supplier review, replacement, refund consideration, store credit, carrier investigation, or other appropriate remedies.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT FEES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or government charges imposed by their jurisdiction unless otherwise stated.
The Animal Treasury™ does not control these charges.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Animal Treasury™ shall not be responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, customs delays, public emergencies, governmental actions, or carrier service disruptions.
