Digital Products

All digital products, downloads, guides, templates, journals, trackers, and other digital resources sold by The Animal Treasury™ are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once delivered.

Physical Products

The Animal Treasury™ follows an Evidence First™ review process for physical product concerns.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsafe item, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the issue.

Evidence First™ Process

1. Customer reports the issue.

2. Customer submits photographs of the issue.

3. The Animal Treasury™ reviews the evidence provided.

4. A resolution is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Depending on the circumstances, resolutions may include replacement, refund, store credit, supplier claim review, or other appropriate remedies.

The Animal Treasury™ reserves the right to evaluate each request individually to ensure fair outcomes for both customers and suppliers.
